The Role

• Plan, organize, and execute various tests, including stress testing, real-time monitoring, and transport/usage stability.
• Prepare stability test plans and comprehensive reports.
• Evaluate test results and derive actionable measures, such as determining shelf life.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments, including analytical laboratories, production, and technical validation.
• Act as a key point of contact for shelf-life assignments for raw materials and intermediate products.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an MTA, BTA, CTA, or a comparable qualification in biology/chemistry laboratory or chemical technology.
• Solid practical laboratory experience, ideally within a cleanroom environment.
• Proficiency in handling various laboratory equipment, such as HPLC.
• Competency in using standard MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
• A proactive and precise work approach, combined with a willingness to perform and work independently.
