Senior Client Accountant - Glasgow

Meraki Talent are partnering with a growing real estate firm, who are looking to appoint an experienced Client Accountant for their Glasgow office.
This is an exciting opportunity, where you will be responsible in managing a number of client relationships, and their monthly accounting reports.
  
Key duties will include;

• Producing weekly, monthly and annual reports to clients
• Preparing management accounts
• Providing accurate reconciliation for client reporting
• Maintaining service charges
• Updating in house databases for current tenants
• Preparing and providing annual property service charge audits

  
As part of this exciting role, you will work to set SLA’s, and be accountable for your delivery.  Applicants should be part qualified, or qualified by experience and be working towards ACCA / AAT exams. Additionally, applicants should be able to demonstrate strong reconciliation experience, within General Ledger, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.  It is essential applicants have first class communication skills, and be comfortable in building rapport with clients, as well as internal stakeholders. The ability to work within a fast paced operation, while delivering excellent client results is an essential.
  
This is a fixed term appointment, for a minimum of 12 months.
