We’re supporting a highly advanced engineering and manufacturing organisation at the forefront of rocket propulsion technology , seeking a talented Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join their Development team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate looking to build a career in mechanical design, product development and technical engineering .

You’ll gain exposure to the full product lifecycle — from concept and design through testing, qualification, production and in-service support — working alongside experienced engineers and technical specialists.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the design and development of complex mechanical products
• Contributing to design reviews, testing and qualification activities
• Working with specialists across stress, thermal, materials, manufacturing and testing
• Supporting trials, analysing test data and investigating engineering issues
• Helping develop and maintain product designs throughout their lifecycle
• Building your technical knowledge and progressing towards greater design authority and responsibility

We’re looking for graduates who:

• Have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline
• Have a genuine interest in mechanical design and product development
• Enjoy solving complex engineering problems
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Can communicate effectively and work collaboratively with different engineering disciplines
• Are practical, curious and keen to learn
• Want to develop a long-term career in advanced engineering
