Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to support and enhance SAP Plant Maintenance processes in an onsite environment. The consultant will work closely with business users and technical teams to understand requirements, configure SAP PM solutions, support testing, and resolve production issues.
Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) functionality.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PM solutions.
• Work with Equipment, Functional Locations, Maintenance Notifications, and Maintenance Orders.
• Support Preventive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance processes.
• Configure maintenance plans, task lists, work centers, and maintenance strategies.
• Support maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting.
• Handle SAP PM enhancements, change requests, testing, and production support.
• Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams on developments.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PM production issues.
• Support data migration and validation activities related to Plant Maintenance.
• Work with cross-functional teams on integration between SAP PM, MM, PP, FI/CO, and other SAP modules.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user training materials.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and offshore/onshore teams.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of Plant Maintenance business processes.

• Strong configuration and production-support experience.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in New Jersey.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with S/4HANA Plant Maintenance / Asset Management.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications related to maintenance.
• Experience with SAP PM data migration.
• Experience working in large enterprise SAP environments.
• SAP certification is a plus.
