The Role

• Engage customers with expert advice and a welcoming service at the fresh food counter.
• Skillfully prepare, portion, and present a variety of fresh food items.
• Create unique specialties using in-house recipes.
• Propose and implement sales-promoting initiatives and appealing displays.
• Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and adherence to strict hygiene standards.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a completed apprenticeship or prior experience in food retail or the hospitality industry.
• A keen interest in preparing and handling fresh food products.
• Genuine enjoyment of interacting with customers and a passion for retail.
• Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule.
