Database Management Analyst with Security Clearance

Job Description acuCyber is hiring a Database Management Analyst to support a classified program. The Database Management Analyst will design, implement, maintain, and optimize secure database environments that support mission-critical systems, applications, and analytical requirements. This position collaborates with software developers, systems engineers, cybersecurity personnel, data analysts, and government stakeholders to ensure that program data remains accurate, available, secure, and properly governed throughout its lifecycle.

The Database Management Analyst is responsible for database administration, data modeling, performance monitoring, query optimization, backup and recovery, access control, configuration management, and technical documentation. The analyst will troubleshoot database issues, support system integration and testing, implement approved changes, and ensure database environments comply with applicable cybersecurity requirements, program policies, and approved system configurations.

All work involving classified or sensitive information must be performed in accordance with established personnel, physical, and information-security procedures.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-10+ years of professional experience administering, testing, and implementing a range of computer databases (e.g., Oracle)
• Experience with database design, SQL development, and performance optimization.
• Experience performing database backup, recovery, and troubleshooting activities.
• TS/SCI Clearance Desired Skills
