Job Description:

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud for child welfare applications, including case management, licensing, and service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering with stakeholders.

• Design Salesforce solutions, integrations, and technical blueprints.

• Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and system integrations.

• Review Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter releases for breaking changes, deprecations, and feature impacts.

• Implement AI-driven solutions, intelligent automation, and responsible AI capabilities.

• Ensure solutions meet security requirements, platform governance, scalability, and maintainability standards.
