Description
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join a collaborative development team. This position focuses on building and enhancing software applications used in Windows-based environments, with an emphasis on automation and reliable system performance. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys combining strong programming fundamentals with practical problem-solving for hardware-integrated solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain desktop and web-based software applications using modern software engineering practices.
  • Build and enhance applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
  • Develop software solutions that support automation initiatives, system integrations, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows established development standards.
  • Utilize source control and repository management tools such as Git to support versioning, collaboration, and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot software defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and continuous improvement efforts to maintain software quality and reliability.
  • Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding and debugging technologies, to improve productivity and code quality.
  • Support software integrations with technical equipment, industrial systems, databases, APIs, and third-party applications when applicable.
  • Assist with application deployments, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new features, enhancements, and long-term technology initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience developing software applications using C# and .NET technologies.
  • Experience with ASP.NET, SQL databases, and application integration.
  • Proficiency with source control tools such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting production software applications.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience with automation, industrial systems, PLCs, embedded devices, or hardware-integrated applications is a plus.
