Job Description

Job Title: Oracle Project Manager

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite – 5 Days a Week)

Duration: 6+ Month Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead and manage Oracle-based projects in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project delivery, stakeholder management, and Agile project execution.

Required Skills:

  • PMP Certification is required.
  • 8+ years of Project Management experience with Oracle applications/projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience with JIRA for project tracking, sprint planning, and issue management.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive project execution, risk management, and status reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle project implementations and enhancements.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
  • Track project progress using JIRA and provide regular status updates.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
