The Role

• Generate qualified leads by engaging prospective customers door-to-door in assigned territories.
• Introduce product offerings and gather customer information for sales team follow-up.
• Build customer relationships and promote home solutions.
• Seek referrals to generate additional leads.
• Report daily results and activities to field management.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Available to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
