Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications aligned to modern engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

·  Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications.

·  Build scalable frontend applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript.

·  Build backend APIs and microservices using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.

·  Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS.

·  Own delivery end to end from design through production support.

·  Lead design reviews, architecture discussions, and code reviews.

·  Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

·  Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of Full Stack experience.

·  Deep expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript.

·  Backend expertise in Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.

·  Strong AWS experience.

·  Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD.

·  Jest, Cypress, Datadog, CloudWatch.

·  Strong system design, networking, and security fundamentals.

·  Agile/Scrum experience.

·  Experience mentoring teams and driving technical leadership.
