Regional Sales Manager – Eastern Europe

As Regional Sales Manager – Eastern Europe, you will own the growth of Black Box’s Command and Control Room business across your territory. You’ll work closely with resellers, system integrators, and internal technical experts to build strong partnerships, win strategic projects, and expand market share.

You’ll be the face of Black Box in your region, shaping strategies, driving deals, and delivering solutions that help operators simplify complex systems and improve critical operations.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute a go-to-market strategy and business plan for Eastern Europe.
• Identify, recruit, and develop system integrators, resellers, and end customers.
• Drive high-value projects and solution sales across multiple industries.
• Plan and lead seminars, industry roundtables, and partner events to generate business.
• Manage opportunities and forecast accurately using Salesforce.
• Provide market and customer insights to leadership, influencing product and strategy decisions.
• Personally engage in large, complex, and strategic deals when required.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of sales experience, with a track record in multi-country or multi-cultural markets(Eastern Europe experience preferred).
• Strong experience selling through partners or system integrators.
• Proven ability to close large, complex deals ($250k+).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; confident working with C-level executives.
• Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and self-starter attitude.
• Experience with KVM, AV, and control room technologies is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel >50%.
• Existing network of partners and customers in Eastern Europe is a strong advantage.
