Here’s what it’s all about: Strategic and operational management of the Process IT & Control Systems team.
Ensuring the continuous operational readiness of the process control system.
Responsibility for implementing legal security requirements for critical IT infrastructure.
Planning and managing IT infrastructure and control technology projects.
Developing and implementing IT security concepts for critical IT infrastructure.
Ensuring legal compliance for an IT infrastructure classified as critical under the BSI-KritisV.
Participating in internal and external IT security audits and on-call duty.

What we’re looking for: People like you—who are eager to take on a meaningful role with growth potential and who value environmental considerations just as much as we do.
A college degree in automation engineering or computer science, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in a leadership role in the operation of critical IT infrastructures and process control systems (PCS7).
Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and an appreciative leadership style.
An independent and structured approach to work, as well as a motivation for continuous professional development.
Very good German language skills and a Class B driver’s license are required.
