Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (EPCMCS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, EPCMCS, allocation models, profitability frameworks, metadata management, integrations, and financial planning processes.

This role requires expertise in translating business requirements into scalable Oracle EPM solutions while supporting full lifecycle implementations from requirements gathering through deployment and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (EPCMCS) applications.
• Design allocation models, profitability frameworks, and cost allocation strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
• Provide architecture guidance and best practices for Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
• Act as the Application Design Lead / Subject Matter Expert (SME) for EPCMCS implementations.
• Configure EPCMCS allocation engines and driver-based allocation models.
• Develop allocation rules and rule sets.
• Develop Business Rules, Calc Manager scripts, and Groovy scripts.
• Design and maintain metadata, including dimensions, hierarchies, and cost drivers.
• Build and maintain enterprise data models supporting financial planning and profitability analysis.
• Optimize model performance and calculation efficiency.
• Build and manage integrations using Data Management, Data Exchange, FDMEE, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and EPM Automate.
• Ensure accurate data flow between ERP, General Ledger (GL), and Oracle EPM systems.
• Implement automation using batch jobs, scripting, scheduling, and integration processes.
• Participate in full lifecycle implementations including Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, Build, SIT, UAT, Deployment, and Hypercare.
• Deliver complex Oracle EPM solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Apply expertise in Cost Allocations, Profitability Modeling, Financial Statements, General Ledger, Cost Centers, and Business Drivers.
• Support finance teams with planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.
• Develop dashboards, financial reports, and profitability analytics using BI Publisher, Smart View, and Management Reporting.
• Deliver actionable business insights through Oracle EPM reporting solutions.
• Conduct workshops, requirement sessions, solution walkthroughs, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Oracle EPM solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (EPCMCS).
• Strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Experience designing allocation models and profitability frameworks.
• Experience configuring EPCMCS allocation engines and driver-based models.
• Strong experience with Business Rules, Calc Manager, and Groovy scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Metadata Management, including dimensions, hierarchies, and cost drivers.
• Experience building integrations using Data Management, Data Exchange, FDMEE, REST APIs, OIC, and EPM Automate.
• Strong understanding of ERP, General Ledger, Financial Statements, Cost Centers, and Profitability Modeling.
• Experience with planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience developing dashboards using BI Publisher, Smart View, and Management Reporting.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience leading full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations.
