  • Tenure/Job Stability ids Important (think no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years)
  • They want someone form a Large enterprise environment with experience managing financials, burn downs, etc
  • They need a true hands on Prgm Mgr who can handle multiple workstreams as they will not be managing resources
  • This is for a major App Rationalization effort, across the entire Org. They must know SPM in ServiceNow, this is a hard requirement, as this will be what they re using for tracking, cost, benefits, etc.
  • Must Have:
    • ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) experience.
    • Experience supporting portfolio planning, application rationalization, IT transformation, or strategic investment initiatives.
    • Experience managing/ tracking financials, analyzing cost vs. benefits, know how to show savings, etc.
  • Strong financial/business acumen with experience tracking costs, benefits, ROI, and investment decisions.
  • Technical credibility to engage with IT leadership and understand application, portfolio, and transformation initiatives.
