Regular Software Engineer profile: Same core full-stack technical stack, but this person is more of a hands-on individual contributor versus a mentor/lead.

Does not want someone who needs a lot of handholding they should be able to take requirements and independently execute. He can be more flexible on gaps such as TypeScript or SQL for this level if the candidate has Node/React and demonstrates the ability to learn.
