M4 corridor and surrounding areas / SE London<br />Salary: upto £65k DOE + Car and bonus scheme<br />The Project Manager is responsible for the on-site supervision and co-ordination of gas, electricity, water and telecoms projects working closely with the Project Co-ordinator to ensure the successful delivery of schemes in a timely and accurate manner.<br />To identify the minimum information requirements to enable a new connection application to be made to the Network for gas, electricity and water connections<br />To be able to make applications to the Networks for new gas, electricity, water, sewer and telecommunication connections based on information provided by the client<br />Knowledge of BNO/IDNO/Electrician metering options and cost/benefits of each option<br />To interact professionally with suppliers to obtain information relevant to the project<br />To build strong supplier relationships<br />To source new suppliers and ensure they meet ‘fit for purpose’ criteria.
