Automation Test Lead (SC)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead to lead the modernization, optimization, and governance of a mission-critical enterprise test automation framework supporting Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) systems within a highly regulated banking environment.

The successful candidate will drive automation architecture decisions, framework re-engineering, reporting modernization, CI/CD integration, observability enhancements, and structured knowledge transfer while working closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Development Teams, and Business Stakeholders.

Hybrid: London - 1-2 Days Per Week On-Site

Active Security Clearance is essential.

Experience Required

• 12-15+ years total IT experience
• 8+ years in Test Automation
• 5+ years leading enterprise automation programmes
• Strong delivery experience in Banking, Payments, Financial Services or Capital Markets
• Define and implement enterprise automation roadmap
• Lead modernization of automation frameworks
• Drive automation governance and quality standards
• Establish reusable automation architecture patterns
• Define framework scalability standards
