The Role

• Prospect new businesses and manage assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct thorough property inspections to identify pest-related issues.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations for pest prevention and safety to clients.
• Build trusted relationships with commercial customers by providing empathetic solutions.
• Utilize provided technology, including an iPad and sales software, for sales agreements and organization.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

What You'll Need

• No prior industry experience required; sales experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license/certification (company-paid).
• Capability to work independently in the field and interact with diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.
