🔑 Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer service calls professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with questions related to retirement accounts, banking products, transactions, and financial services.
Research customer accounts and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow established policies, procedures, security requirements, and compliance guidelines.
Document customer interactions accurately in the appropriate systems.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

✅ Required Qualifications

1+ year of Call Center / Customer Service experience preferred.
Experience in Retirement Services, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or a Financial Institution is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls.
Ability to navigate multiple computer applications while speaking with customers.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
