Data Modernization Program Manager
Location: Hartford, CT (Onsite)

Seeking a seasoned Data Modernization Program Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead enterprise-scale data modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive migration from legacy platforms (SSIS/SQL Server) to modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake) while managing cross-functional teams and engaging with business and executive stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Program Management.
• Proven experience leading large-scale data modernization/migration programs.
• Strong Insurance domain experience (P&C preferred).
• Expertise in Snowflake, SSIS, SQL Server, and data migration frameworks.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS, ETL/ELT, CI/CD, and Data Governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience managing onsite/offshore teams and multi-million-dollar programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data modernization and migration programs.
• Oversee migration from SSIS/SQL Server to Snowflake.
• Manage project delivery, timelines, quality, risks, and budgets.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and successful program execution.
• Support solutioning, estimations, and continuous process improvements.
