Senior Mechanical Project Engineer<br />Buckinghamshire - HS2<br />£85k - £90k + Package We are working with one of the UK's biggest engineering firm, with a long-standing history of delivering key projects in the UK rail sector.

We need an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Engineer would be content to initially work from the London office before moving to a project office based in Chalfont St Giles who will be focused on delivering several individual but related projects on HS2. Project handover date 2030.

Scope to move into project management position available as the contract moves into the construction phases.

ONC/HNC/ NVQ L3/L4 Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.<br />Project Management or Engineering Degree<br />10+ years of experience in mechanical building services engineering.<br />Strong understanding of codes, standards, and regulations.<br />Excellent project management and leadership skills.<br />Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects.<br />Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.<br />Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br />Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.<br />Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.<br />Experience working within a rail or airport environment is preferred, not essential, but must have similar experience working in live operational environments.
