Corporate Receptionist

Not currently in a corporate reception role? If you’re working in 5* hospitality, premium airline, fine dining or a client-facing environment and feel ready to transition into a professional corporate setting, this could be the perfect next step.

Location: City of London

Salary: £33,000–£34,000

Hours: Monday–Friday (corporate hours)

The Role:

• Providing an exceptional 5* meet and greet to clients and visitors
• Managing and controlling busy meeting room schedules
• Coordinating and facilitating internal and client-facing events
• Acting as a brand ambassador for a highly respected law firm
• Anticipating needs before they arise and consistently looking for ways to impress

About You:

• Impeccably presented with strong communication skills
• Naturally intuitive with the ability to anticipate and exceed expectations
• Calm, organised and confident in a corporate environment
• Passionate about delivering a seamless client journey
