Job Description

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 2+Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate integrated IT/facility moves, adds, changes, and relocation activities.
  • Manage single-user through large-scale office relocation and technology-change projects.
  • Coordinate relocation and installation of desktops, laptops, telephones, peripherals, network equipment, and other technology.
  • Oversee workstation reconfiguration, equipment installation/de-installation, swaps, replacements, packing, and unpacking.
  • Coordinate cabling, network connectivity, electrical dependencies, furniture installers, and other facility trades.
  • Provide on-site technical escalation for incidents that cannot be resolved through the service desk.
  • Coordinate emergency hardware/software fixes and complex troubleshooting.
  • Develop site-readiness, move, cutover, rollback, and transition plans as applicable.
  • Schedule resources and field technicians based on location, workload, and required expertise.
  • Maintain asset accountability during moves and coordinate asset updates with the ITAM Lead.
  • Apply standardized processes to minimize disruption, downtime, security exposure, and loss of equipment.
  • Provide status reporting, risk tracking, issue escalation, and completion validation for volume-based projects.

The Integrated IT and Facility Support category covers workspace and technology changes, equipment moves, reconfiguration, on-site technicians, project management, coordination with other trades, infrastructure/cabling, scalable support, and resident on-site personnel supporting complex troubleshooting and equipment changes.
