Sr. Oracle Finance FDE – AI/ML

Our clients a Cloud Management Consulting Firm. They are working with a  major bank to  implement an Oracle Cloud Finance transformation across AR, AP, Intercompany, Lease Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Product-Based Postings. The team is building AI agents on Databricks Agent Bricks + LangGraph to automate discovery, requirements, source-to-target mapping, and reconciliation—all within the client's secure environment.

What We Need

• Senior AI/ML Engineer / FDE with hands-on experience building agentic or multi-agent AI solutions
• Strong experience translating business/domain requirements into AI solutions
• Experience working directly with clients/business stakeholders in a Forward-Deployed Engineering or embedded consulting model
• Must be comfortable leading discovery sessions, asking the right questions, and translating business needs into technical requirements
• Must have hands-on development experience — not just architecture/strategy
• Experience with LLM agents, orchestration, RAG, guardrails, human-in-the-loop workflows, etc.
• Ability to independently own architecture and technical decisions with limited senior oversight

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build a multi-agent AI platform supporting six Oracle Finance workstreams
• Build agents for discovery, requirements/BRD generation, source-to-target mapping and reconciliation
• Create human-in-the-loop workflows for business decisions and exceptions
• Work directly with Controllers, Tax, Oracle and Finance stakeholders
• Lead client workshops and validate AI-generated outputs
• Help move prototypes into production-ready solutions
• Support knowledge transfer and handoff to the Oracle configuration team
