Job Title: .NET Developer with React Experience Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with React expertise to join a high-performing application development team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, React.js, REST APIs, and SQL Server. This is a long-term hybrid opportunity requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using .NET Core/.NET 6+ and React.js.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
  • Develop scalable backend services using C#, Core, and Entity Framework.
  • Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and product owners throughout the SDLC.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Implement unit testing and support CI/CD deployment processes.
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in .NET application development.
  • Strong experience with C#, Core, .NET Core/.NET 6+.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js and modern front-end development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
  • Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, stored procedures, and query optimization.
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core.
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar version control tools.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Azure Cloud or AWS.
  • Knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
