We are seeking a handson Program Manager to lead endtoend delivery of complex, crossfunctional programs across Data, Digital, Customer Platforms, Martech, and Business Systems. This role owns portfolio outcomes, delivery excellence, and stakeholder alignment in a fastpaced, multivendor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise programs across multiple workstreams; accountable for scope, schedule, quality, and risk.

• Translate business priorities into structured delivery roadmaps.

• Drive execution, governance, and transparency across teams.

• Manage dependencies, risks, and vendor coordination.

• Provide executivelevel updates and stakeholder alignment.

• Mentor delivery leads and ensure consistent standards.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years in Program/Senior Project Management.

• Proven success managing large, complex, multiworkstream programs.

• Strong background in Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery.

• Experience with offshore teams and external vendors.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Industries: QSR, Retail, Consumer Products.

• Domains: Data platforms, Digital/eCommerce, Martech, Enterprise integrations.

• PMO or managed service delivery models.

• Digital transformation / largescale implementations.

• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, SAFe preferred.
