Job Title: Program/Project Manager (Grant management Exp)
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to support the planning, implementation, and optimization of enterprise grant management initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance and hands-on leadership in the design, implementation, and enhancement of grant management systems, business processes, and technology solutions. This role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and business process improvement skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of grant management projects from initiation through implementation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Provide guidance on grant management systems, implementation strategies, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business users to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project scope, budget, timelines, and resource utilization.
• Support business process analysis, process improvement, and system optimization initiatives.
• Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, project governance standards, and documentation requirements.

• 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience
• Grant Management Systems implementation

• Software Implementation
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Government/Public Sector experience (preferred)
• PMP certification (preferred)
