Project Manager, Corporate Applications (Oracle Cloud)

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of Corporate Applications initiatives in a remote contract role. This position will support enterprise application projects focused on Oracle Cloud ERP, supply chain, warehouse management, and other corporate business systems.

The ideal candidate has a strong background managing enterprise application implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects while coordinating cross-functional business and technical teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource planning
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and IT organizations
• Drive Oracle Cloud ERP upgrade, enhancement, and optimization initiatives
• Oversee supply chain and warehouse management system projects, including application upgrades and improvements
• Facilitate project governance, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive updates
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities
• Coordinate onsite go-live support when project needs warrant (limited travel may be required)

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise application projects in a corporate or non-clinical environment
• Hands-on project management experience supporting Oracle Cloud (Fusion) ERP initiatives
• Experience leading supply chain and/or warehouse management system projects
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, risk management, change management, and stakeholder communications
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a complex enterprise environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tecsys Supply Chain and Warehouse Management solutions
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification
• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience managing enterprise ERP optimization and upgrade initiatives

Additional Information

• Location: Remote
• Travel: Minimal; occasional onsite support for major go-live activities may be requested
• Duration: Initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension
• Start Date: ASAP
