Job Title : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Location : Indianapolis, Indiana Hybrid

Duration : Long Term Contract on W2

A leading organization dedicated to supporting educational funding is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join their Marketing Technology team in Indianapolis, IN. This temporary role offers the opportunity to utilize advanced Salesforce tools in a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Design and execute campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications to enhance customer engagement.
• Manage data integrations leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud, Data Sync, and ETL tools.
• Use AMP script and SQL to generate dynamic, personalized customer content.
• Monitor campaign results and refine segmentation and targeting strategies for optimal performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and multi-channel campaigns.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion and activation.
• Skilled in AMP script and SQL for personalization and data management.
• Familiarity with content creation for various digital channels; financial services cloud knowledge is a plus.
