Job Description

Position: Service Delivery Manager – EDI Platform
Location: Dallas, TX – Hybrid
Duration: 6+ Months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead program governance, planning, migration, support, and Azure modernization.
  • Manage cutover from legacy platforms to IBM Sterling and Azure, including transition to cloud operations.
  • Establish SOPs, governance frameworks, KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of employees and vendors across development, QA, support, and cloud engineering.
  • Manage senior leadership/client communications, status reporting, and transition readiness.
  • Oversee budgets, SOW performance, scope changes, invoicing, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure HIPAA, security, encryption, and Azure compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of IT program/project management with multi-stream delivery experience.
  • Strong experience in EDI migrations, cloud transitions, and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of EDI standards (X12/EDIFACT), IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, and TrustedLink.
  • Familiarity with Azure IaaS/PaaS, networking, and security.
  • Strong vendor management, cutover, transition governance, and managed services experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
