Position Overview

Tryfacta Inc. is seeking experienced Project Managers for multiple enterprise software, SaaS implementation and business-system transformation opportunities.

Candidates must have direct experience managing software implementation projects and must have previously delivered or managed projects for State, Local Government or Education (SLED) clients.

Available Positions & Job Descriptions

1. SaaS Implementation Project Manager

Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations, including requirements gathering, project planning, platform configuration, integrations, data migration, testing and deployment. Manage vendors, budgets, schedules, risks and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and transition.

2. Enterprise Software Implementation Project Manager

Manage enterprise software implementation projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders. Oversee project scope, requirements, planning, vendor management, configuration, system integration, testing and deployment while ensuring timelines, budgets and deliverables are met.

3. ServiceNow Implementation Project Manager

Lead ServiceNow platform implementations involving ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or enterprise workflow solutions. Coordinate requirements, platform configuration, workflow development, integrations, data migration, testing and deployment while managing technical teams and implementation partners.

4. Salesforce Implementation Project Manager

Manage Salesforce CRM implementation initiatives, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and related enterprise applications. Coordinate requirements, customization, integrations, data migration, UAT and deployment while overseeing vendors, technical teams, schedules and project deliverables.

5. Workday Implementation Project Manager

Lead Workday implementation projects involving HCM, Finance, Payroll or HRIS platforms. Manage business requirements, configuration, integrations, data conversion, testing and go-live planning while coordinating HR, finance, technical teams and implementation vendors.

6. ERP Implementation Project Manager – SAP / Oracle

Manage SAP or Oracle ERP implementation projects covering finance, procurement, accounting, budgeting and related business functions. Lead planning, requirements, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing and deployment while managing project schedules, risks and stakeholders.

7. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager

Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP implementation projects. Manage requirements gathering, solution configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, UAT and production deployment. Coordinate business stakeholders, developers and implementation partners to deliver successful system implementations.

8. SaaS Integration & Deployment Project Manager

Manage integration and deployment of multiple SaaS applications within enterprise environments. Oversee API integrations, middleware, data exchange, application dependencies, vendor coordination, integration testing and deployment readiness to ensure successful production rollout.

9. Enterprise Application Migration Project Manager

Lead migration of legacy enterprise applications to modern SaaS, cloud-based or enterprise platforms. Manage application assessments, migration planning, requirements, data conversion, integrations, testing and deployment while coordinating technical teams and business stakeholders.

10. Data Migration & Conversion Project Manager

Manage data migration initiatives associated with enterprise software and SaaS implementations. Oversee data assessment, mapping, cleansing, ETL activities, validation, reconciliation and migration planning while ensuring data quality, project milestones and successful transition.

11. CRM & Case Management Implementation Project Manager

Lead implementation of CRM and case management platforms for enterprise or public-sector organizations. Manage requirements, workflow configuration, integrations, data migration, testing and deployment while coordinating business teams and technical resources.

12. HR & Financial Systems Project Manager

Manage implementation of enterprise HR, payroll, accounting and financial management systems. Oversee requirements, business process mapping, configuration, integrations, data conversion, testing and deployment while coordinating HR, finance and technical stakeholders.

13. Business Process & Workflow Automation Project Manager

Lead business process improvement and workflow automation initiatives using enterprise SaaS platforms. Manage process assessment, requirements, workflow design, configuration, integrations, testing and implementation while coordinating business stakeholders and technical teams.

14. Application Modernization Project Manager

Manage modernization of legacy business applications through platform upgrades, cloud migration, SaaS adoption and system integration. Lead project planning, requirements, technical coordination, migration, testing and deployment while monitoring risks, schedules and deliverables.

15. Digital Transformation & Enterprise Systems Project Manager

Lead digital transformation initiatives involving SaaS adoption, enterprise application implementations and business process improvement. Manage multiple workstreams, project governance, requirements, vendor coordination, integrations, testing and deployment while ensuring successful project delivery.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Project Management experience.

• Must be currently based in California.

• Must have direct previous SLED project experience (State, County, City, Local Government or Education).

• Experience managing software implementations, SaaS platforms or complex enterprise business systems.

• Experience with project planning, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, vendors and stakeholders.

• Experience coordinating requirements, configuration, integration, testing, deployment and go-live.

• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master or other relevant certifications.

• Experience with California State, County, City or Education agencies.

• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Experience managing multiple implementation workstreams.
