Job Description:

·       As a Sr. Developer/Lead  will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will take direction from solution architects and Leads on development activities.

Responsibilities:

·       The Pega System Architect (CSA) will be an integral member of the Pega Delivery Team within CS Tech, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and maintainable Pega solutions aligned with business objectives.

·       With 8+ years of experience and relevant certification, the CSA will work across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Pega architecture, design principles, and best practices.

Qualifications:

·       Pega System Architect certification (mandatory)

·       4+ years of hands-on Pega experience

·       Strong understanding of Pega architecture and application design

·       Experience with integrations, APIs, and databases

·       Agile/Scrum delivery experience

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Effective communication and stakeholder management
