The Role

• Plan, direct, and supervise team members in daily operations across various store departments.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to all team members, fostering their development.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer service, drive sales, and ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain store appearance, focusing on product presentation and company standards during peak customer hours.
• Responsible for staffing, selection, hiring, and promoting succession planning within the team.
• Manage department P&L, sales targets, and shrink reduction.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clear direction, resolve conflict, and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
