·         Insurance (P&C) experience

·         CRM / Dynamics

·         TFB – MS Dynamics project – contractor/remote

·         Skills:
Technical BA – BSA – or business facing DEV / Architect
MS Dynamics 365
AI skills
Using AI to investigate a poorly documented codebase
Using AI to build and test software enhancements
Insurance (P&C) experience with CRM / Dynamics / or other systems – looking for agency experience (agents are the primary consumers of CRM)
