Position: Exchange Administrator / Architect

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Exchange Administrator / Architect with strong hands-on experience in Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and Hybrid Exchange environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage enterprise Exchange environments.
Support Exchange Online, Exchange Server, and Hybrid Exchange.
Lead Exchange migrations, upgrades, and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
Manage mail flow, SMTP, DNS, connectors, and transport rules.
Troubleshoot complex Exchange, Outlook, and email delivery issues.
Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and administration.
Design secure, scalable messaging architecture with high availability and disaster recovery.

Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online
Hybrid Exchange Architecture and Migrations
Microsoft 365 Administration
SMTP, DNS, Mail Flow, Connectors, and Transport Rules
PowerShell Scripting and Automation
Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO
Exchange High Availability and Disaster Recovery
Preferred:
Large enterprise Exchange experience
Microsoft Defender for Office 365
Tenant-to-Tenant Migration experience
Microsoft Exchange / M365 Certifications
