Rate: £570 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Hybrid - London (2-3 days per week in the office)
Contract Length: 6 months
Clearance Required: Active SC Clearance (essential)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with live SC clearance to join a high-profile programme on an initial 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative delivery team, providing data analysis expertise and acting as the bridge between business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Use SQL and Athena to query, analyse and test data across multiple data sources.
• Validate and test business rules and logic using SQL/Athena.
• Identify and document data mappings
• Act as the link between Business Analysts and Development/Engineering teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and document business logic and rules.
• Perform quality assurance on HEO Data Analyst code.
• Review and quality assure Business Analyst logic and business rules.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for data sources.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers and Engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Present analysis, findings and progress updates through show-and-tell sessions and stakeholder presentations.

Skills & Experience

• Active SC Clearance (live clearance is essential).
• Strong SQL skills with experience using Amazon Athena.
• Proven experience analysing and validating complex datasets.
• Experience defining, documenting and testing business logic and rules.
• Knowledge of CDLZ or POLEv2 data mapping desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working closely with Business Analysts, Developers and Engineering teams.
• Ability to present technical findings clearly to a range of stakeholders.
