Required Skills & Experience Active TSSCI
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and 4-8 YOE_ additional experience can be used in lieu of a degree
Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at IAT level II, Security +ce.
Familiarity with all related aspects of cybersecurity operations and security architecture
Experience and knowledge of network and application protocols like TCP, UDP, ICMP, HTTP, SSH, etc
Experience remediating cyber vulnerabilities like misconfigurations, Unpatched software, weak APIS, etc
Ability to identify common exploitation techniques like SQL Injection, buffer overflow, phishing, malware
Understanding of common cyber threat/adversary methodologies (TTPs) to protect against cyber threats Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with DISA and DoD Networks.
Experience with technical and/or military writing
Experience with configuring and operating cybersecurity and networking devices (i.e. routers, firewalls, IDPS)
Experience with mitigation development against malicious cyber activity

The role involves developing and implementing enterprise cybersecurity strategies across the organization, including Cloud, network boundaries, cross domains, and endpoint technologies. This candidate will be responsible for analyzing architectures and technologies, developing risk assessment methodologies, preparing briefings for senior leadership, and recommending strategies to enhance network security and operational efficiency.
Compensation
$60/hr to $70/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
