Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in healthcare claims and population health to join our Healthcare Analytics team. You will play a key role in developing optimized SQL queries and building high-impact data models and visualizations, leveraging tools like Looker or Tableau.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics with a focus on healthcare claims data, population health, and member experience
  • Expert-level SQL query writing and optimization
  • Experience building visualizations and models in Looker or comparable tools such as Tableau
  • Deep understanding of the claims lifecycle and reporting logic nuances
  • Experience with healthcare claims data at a payer, provider, TPA, tech company, or Point Solution
  • Proficiency in Agile tools: Jira for task management and Confluence for documentation
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills — ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
