Job Description

Project Manager, ICT Solutions Delivery

Own the Delivery Pipeline and Drive Customer Success

Are you a highly organised Project Manager with 5+ years of ICT delivery experience who thrives on process, detail, and achieving flawless customer outcomes? Do you want to be the engine room behind successful network and cyber security deployments?

We are looking for an accountable and collaborative Project Manager to join our team. This is not a purely strategic role-it's for a hands-on executor who excels at project administration, financial stewardship, and coordinating all the moving pieces necessary for consistent, repeatable delivery. If you value structure and take pride in delivering on every promise, this is your opportunity to shine.

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane

What You'll Be Accountable For

You will be the central to translating customer proposals into delivered, documented, and quality-controlled solutions. You will be the single point of contact for project success.

• Flawless Project Execution: Own the full project life cycle for repeatable ICT network and cyber security deployments, ensuring the final deliverable meets the agreed scope and customer expectations.

• Financial Control & Invoicing: Master the project budget. You'll be responsible for accurate invoicing, financial milestone tracking, raising purchase orders (POs), and approving contractor payments, ensuring profitability and process compliance.

• Meticulous Administration: Maintain impeccable project records and documentation in our systems (e.g., ConnectWise). Your attention to detail ensures clear reporting on status, issues, and risks for all stakeholders.

• Resource Coordination: Effectively manage and lead external contractors and internal technical teams, ensuring they have the resources and clear direction needed to deliver.

• Process Optimisation: Take ownership of our methodology and use your experience to identify and implement improvements to make our delivery model even more efficient.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Essential Experience & Skills

• 5+ years successfully delivering ICT solutions in a Project Management role.

• Formal Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK).

• A proven track record of managing and resolving complex risks and issues across multiple concurrent projects.

• Expert organisational and time management skills.

Skills That Set You Apart (Desirable)

• Specific experience delivering Cyber Security Solutions.

• Technical background or qualifications (Cert IV, Diploma or degree) in Telecommunications or ICT.

• Familiarity with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools, such as ConnectWise.

Our Culture: Your Attributes

We are looking for someone who aligns with our core values:

• Customer Outcome Focused: You measure your success by the customer's satisfaction and the final, successful deployment. You own the end-to-end delivery experience.

• Accountable: You are trusted to take responsibility for all process adherence, documentation, and administrative excellence, working effectively with general guidance.

• Collaborative: You are a natural team player who builds strong working relationships with technical teams, contractors, sales, and customers to achieve shared goals.

If you are highly organised, highly regarded for managing project stakeholder and ready to own the operational success of our ICT delivery pipeline, apply today!
