Equipment Engineer

Our client is currently recruiting an Equipment Engineer to carry out maintenance, calibrations, and associated tasks on production equipment and supporting services. You will play a key role in driving engineering improvements to enhance yield and equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine checks and maintenance on process and test equipment
• Carry out repairs and modifications to process and test equipment
• Manufacture and assemble new equipment to meet required specifications and comply with H&S standards
• Carry out installation of new equipment
• Contribute to the design and development of new equipment. Perform equipment calibrations and preventative & reactive maintenance
• Support equipment and process validations in collaboration with manufacturing engineering team
• Develop and maintain KPl's and improve equipment performance, MTTR and MTBF
• Maintain equipment asset information, spares requirements and asset replacement strategy]
• Adhoc duties as and when required

Experience/Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering discipline or equivalent experience
• Electrical/Electronic experience within a multi-disciplined environment
• Experienced with a regulated manufacturing environment
• Specific training in relevant HASAWN Technology areas would be beneficial
