Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong background in full-cycle technical recruiting to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recruiters who thrive in a fast-paced staffing environment and have a passion for sourcing top technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
- Negotiate compensation and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide regular hiring updates and build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle IT recruiting experience.
- Proven experience recruiting for software development and other technical roles.
- Strong understanding of technical terminology and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience recruiting for senior technical positions such as Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Solutions Architects, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, and Data & Analytics professionals.
- Background working in a staffing agency environment is highly preferred.
- Strong passive sourcing and headhunting experience (not solely dependent on inbound applicants).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using any ATS (PeopleSoft ATS is a plus) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
