The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Tackle a variety of challenges, from battery and tyre issues to complex fault-finding.
• Start and end your day at home, impacting the roadside directly.
• Act as a proud ambassador for the organisation, combining technical expertise with excellent member service.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
