Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through delivery and closure.

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.

• Track project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Lead project status meetings and provide regular executive-level reporting.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve escalated issues.

• Manage resources, priorities, and cross-functional teams.

• Ensure effective communication across business and technology teams.

• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project delivery processes.

• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action items, and status reports.

• Ensure projects meet quality, compliance, and organizational standards.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of experience in IT Project Management.

• Strong experience managing enterprise technology projects.

• Excellent knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

• Experience with project planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource management.

• Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certification is a plus.

• Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• Experience managing cloud, application development, data, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and software development processes.

• Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
