Job Description

We Are Hiring: BI / Tableau Administrator
 
Looking for an experienced BI / Tableau Administrator to manage enterprise reporting platforms and support cloud-integrated database environments.
 
Location: Hartford, CT
 
 Work Arrangement: Hybrid (80% Remote / 20% Onsite – 1 day/week in office)
 
Interview Process: Web Cam or In-Person (at least 1 in-person interview required)
 
Key Skills & Expertise Required
 
Must-Have Core Skills:
 
  • Tableau Cloud Admin: Platform health, project permissions, security, deployments, and extract refreshes.
  • Azure SQL & SQL/SOQL: Database performance monitoring, query troubleshooting, and data validation.
  • Salesforce Data: Working knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, and permission sets.
Preferred / Secondary Skills:
 
  • Azure Data Factory (ADF): Monitoring data pipelines loading source systems into Azure SQL.
  • MuleSoft (RTF): Supporting Runtime Fabric environments and integrations impacting reports.
Role Highlights & Qualifications
 
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in platform administration and enterprise reporting.
  • Strong abstract thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Work across all phases of the SDLC and create technical documentation.
  • Eligibility: s, s, or H1B (with approved I-140).
