Job Description
Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager - Data
Location : king of prussia PA
Mode of interview: Face to face at client location king of Prussia, PA
Role Overview
Lead technical execution and delivery for Databricks platform. You will manage sprint delivery, guide data engineering teams, and ensure high-performing Lakehouse pipelines and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Databricks Projects: Lead end-to-end delivery of Delta Lake pipelines, PySpark workloads, and Azure Data Factory flows on time and budget.
- Support Optimize Costs & Performance: Enforce DBU cost controls, cluster auto-scaling, and Delta Lake optimizations
- Govern & Secure Data: Implement Unity Catalog for data quality, lineage, and access governance.
- Support Unblocking Technical Teams: Help Resolve architecture bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and clear daily blockers for data engineers.
- Track & Report Progress: Run Agile delivery cadences and give clear delivery/risk updates to leadership.
What You Need
- Databricks Delivery Experience: Proven track record delivering production Databricks & ADF solutions.
- Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of Delta Lake, PySpark/DLT, Unity Catalog, and Power BI semantic models.
- Delivery Focus: Strong Agile/Scrum background managing technical roadmaps, risks, and engineering teams
