Were looking for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to join an established Facilities Management contract covering Blackburn and the surrounding area.

This is a great opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer looking for a secure, permanent position within a well-established FM environment.

The Role

Youll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of sites, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Duties will include:

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive electrical maintenance
• Electrical fault finding and repairs
• Emergency lighting and general electrical testing
• Completing compliance and maintenance documentation
• Liaising with clients and site teams
• Ensuring all work meets health & safety requirements

What Were Looking For

• Recognised electrical qualification City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• 18th Edition
• Previous Facilities Management or building maintenance experience
• Strong fault-finding ability
• Full UK driving licence
• Comfortable working within a mobile role
