Our client is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst / Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Metadata and AI technologies. This role is pivotal in managing and analyzing complex data sets, ensuring data quality, and leveraging advanced AI tools to drive business insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance business operations and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain metadata management strategies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Utilize advanced AI tools, including GenAI, Agentic AI, and LLMs, to enhance data analysis capabilities and automate data processes.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement data models, ensuring they align with business objectives and data governance policies.
• Leverage Copilot and other AI-driven tools to streamline data workflows and improve efficiency.
• Work with Azure to manage cloud-based data solutions and ensure data security and compliance.
• Utilize Collibra for data governance, ensuring data quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present data analysis reports and visualizations to stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights.
• Continuously improve data processes and systems by identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.

Requirements

<>Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on Metadata and AI technologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with a deep understanding of data modeling and data governance.
• Experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, and LLMs to enhance data analysis and automation capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based data solutions, particularly Azure, and experience with Collibra for data governance.
• Ability to leverage Copilot and other AI-driven tools to improve data workflows and efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL and other database management systems.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Certifications in data management or AI technologies are a plus.
