Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong enterprise architecture experience to design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. Candidates must have hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM modules, along with REST/SOAP integrations, platform architecture, and system modeling.

Required Skills:
•    20+ years of overall IT experience.
•    9+ years of Enterprise Architecture and IT Systems Roadmap Development.
•    9+ years of system diagramming and modeling using UML or similar methodologies.
•    6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM.
•    5+ years of ServiceNow solution architecture and enterprise implementations.
•    5+ years of ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
•    Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, governance, security, and performance optimization.
•    Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
•    ServiceNow CTA and CIS certifications are highly desirable.
