We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

Lead restoration projects for water and fire damage.
Conduct damage assessments, evaluations, and estimations.
Oversee and manage restoration processes through to completion.
Coordinate and schedule internal remediation technicians and subcontractors.
Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

What You'll Need

Completed vocational training with a trade or technical focus, ideally in construction or related fields.
Proven experience in project management within the restoration or construction industry.
Basic knowledge of construction cost estimation.
Strong teamwork and client-service orientation.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
